Honda Accord – America’s perfect family car!

The Honda Accord, first manufactured by Honda in 1976, has enjoyed tremendous popularity in the American markets, with sales of over 10 million, becoming the best selling Japanese car for nearly two decades! The Accord – produced mainly as a mid-size vehicle - has the unique distinction of being the first Japanese car to be produced in the United States!
So what’s the secret of the Accord’s sustaining popularity? Simple – it combines all the Honda qualities – reliability, comfort, technology, safety and great resale value - into a single package! The Accord succeeded over the years, not only because it was a perfect family car, but also mainly because it offered people exactly what they wanted in a car for daily use!
Drawing on its distinct presence in the automotive markets around the world, and utilizing the collective experience of more than three decades, the Honda Accord has evolved through the years into the car that it is today! The current Honda Accord retains all the characteristics of its predecessors but still makes its presence felt by being just that much more luxurious, more technologically creative, giving more engine power without any loss of fuel efficiency and of course providing more value for money!
